Exercising will help you to shed those pounds faster.  I try to do about 20 minutes of dancing incorporating step aerobics, squats and carrying weight to workout the triceps.  So far, I don't see fast results, but I may need to vary my exercises.  I've bought my malibu pilates chair...can't wait for it to arrive...lets see if it will help me with working out.
